The Dash can be set to enter Sleep mode after a period of inactivity to preserve battery life. The Dash can be awoken from Sleep mode with the press of any button.
The Dash can be set to Sleep after 5 minutes, 20 minutes, or never. To update your Sleep setting, go to Settings > Dash settings > Sleep.
After 1 hour in Sleep mode, the unit will power off. If a ride is paused, or the shortcuts menu is open during an active ride, the unit will not power off.
