Stages Dash

The Stages Dash M50/L50 and M200/L200 can be used to:

• Control settings in an active workout.
• Control settings in Erg, Simulation, and Level modes.
• Display your StagesBike settings during a workout while controlling settings from another device, such as a phone or tablet.

To control and view settings with the Dash, add the StagesBike as a sensor in the Dash sensor menu and add the trainer control widget to any data page for interactive control.
