Changing the Saddle

To replace the saddle on your StagesBike:

  1. Use a 6 mm hex wrench to loosen the saddle clamp bolt.Saddle assembly with clamp bolt aligned with clockwise arrow and hex wrench.
  2. Rotate the top half of the saddle clamp 90 degrees and lift the saddle off the bottom half of the clamp.An arrow points forward and away from the clamp, and an arrow points left below the top part of the seat clamp.
  3. Seat the rails of your preferred saddle into the lower half of the saddle clamp and rotate the top half of the clamp 90 degrees back into position.An arrow points down, toward the clamp, and an arrow points to the right below the top part of the seat clamp.
  4. Adjust the setback and angle of the saddle to your preferred position.
    A forward-and-back arrow is parallel to the saddle and up/down arrows are by the nose.
  5. Use the hex wrench to secure the saddle clamp bolt and tighten to 30 Nm.
