Changing the Saddle

To replace the saddle on your StagesBike:

  1. Use a 6 mm hex wrench to loosen the saddle clamp bolt.Saddle assembly with loose bolt protruding from underside, clockwise arrow and hex wrench are connected to the bolt with a dotted line.
  2. Rotate the top half of the saddle clamp 90 degrees and lift the saddle off the bottom half of the clamp.Saddle and clamp with an arrow pointing forward and away from the clamp and an arrow pointing to the left below the top part of the seat clamp (gray) indicating rotation of the clamp.
  3. Seat the rails of your preferred saddle into the lower half of the saddle clamp and rotate the top half of the clamp 90 degrees back into position.Saddle and clamp with an arrow pointing down and toward the clamp and an arrow pointing to the right below the top part of the seat clamp (gray) indicating rotation of the clamp.
  4. Adjust the setback and angle of the saddle to your preferred position.
    Saddle assembly with a forward-and-back arrow parallel to the saddle and up-and-down arrows around the nose of the saddle.
  5. Use the hex wrench to secure the saddle clamp bolt and tighten to 30 Nm.
