Power Averaging
Set your power averages to 1, 3, or 10 seconds on the Ride page in the Stages Cycling app.
To access the power averaging options, follow the directions below:
- Starting from the Ride screen, select the three dots in the top right corner to open the Color wheel averaging menu.
- Choose your desired value (1s is instantaneous power values, with no averaging) and select OK.
