Using the Lanyard

To install the included safety lanyard (recommended):

1. With the Dash removed from the mount, insert the short loop end of the lanyard into the lanyard mount location on the back of the Dash.
2. Insert the lanyard cord end through the loop.
3. Pull the lanyard away from the Dash to secure.
   
4. Wrap the lanyard cord around the handlebars and insert the Dash through the loop.
   
5. Install the Dash onto the mount (Installing/Removing the Dash).
