Using Workout Target Fields

New profiles and pre-loaded activity profiles can be customized to view workout prescriptions and targets. To set up a target field or workout text field, select metrics from the Workout category of the Data Fields menu.

Workout category options:

  1. Target Power: Current lap power target range
  2. Target Cadence: Current lap target cadence range
  3. Target Heart Rate: Current lap heart rate range
  4. Target RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion): Current lap effort prescription
  5. Target Lap Time: Current lap time length
  6. To Go: Lap time remaining
  7. This Lap #: Current lap number
  8. Next Laps: Upcoming lap targets
  9. Lap Text: Upcoming lap text or instruction
